Actors Gossips: Tragic loss of a remarkably gifted talent Priyanka Chopra mourns death of Chadwick Boseman

Priyanka Chopra wrote an emotional note on the death of Chadwick Boseman.

Celebrities across the world have shared their shock and sadness on hearing upon the death of Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman after battling carcinoma. He was 43 and died in his range in the presence of his wife and family. Now among many celebs, Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her social media pages and paid condolences to Chadwick. She posted a photograph of the American actor clicked Sam Jones alongside the statement of the family.

Priyanka captioned her post as "This year has been so hard. What a tragic loss of a remarkably gifted talent. Chadwick, you fought a silent battle, all while giving us a number of the foremost inspiring films of a previous couple of years. Your legacy will survive forever. My thoughts and prayers are together with his family and loved ones."

The statement by the family of Chadwick read as "It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman.

Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III carcinoma in 2016 and battled with it these last 4 years because it progressed to stage IV.


A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you a great many of the films you've got come to like such a lot. From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, and a number of other more, all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy.

It was the honor of his career to bring King T'Challa to life in Black Panther.

He died in his home, together with his wife and family by his side."
