Out of 182 seats, BJP is leading in 105, Congress is leading in 74 and others in 3. While Patidar community has clearly sailed with Congress, Amit Shah managed to erode into Congress loyal group - tribal belt that switched its loyalty to BJP.
Initially, It is a close shave for BJP. Despite the fact that BJP is leading, Congress has made it very difficult for BJP.
Meanwhile, BJP leaders are content with the victory. They say that victory is victory and win is win irrespective of margin.
Himachal Pradesh (68/68)
Whereas in Himachal Pradesh, BJP is heading towards victory. It is going to gain power from the incumbent Congress.
BJP leads in 46, Congress leads in 18 and Others lead in 4.
