South Superstar Rajinikanth whose previous outing 'Petta' turned out to be a super hit in Tamil is now going to test his luck with his upcoming movie 'Darbar'. The shooting of the movie is currently going on at high pace.

Recently, an interesting picture from the locations came out and is going viral on the internet. In that picture, Rajnikant is seen holding his grandson, Ved. The picture is too adorable to watch and is grabbing the attention of the audience. It is known that the expectations have already been high on this movie and the recent pictures of Rajini with his grandson with is increasing the buzz around the flick. Ved is Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya's son. Both Soundarya and Ved visited the sets of 'Darbar' and the pictures related to it are trending on the internet.

Superstar Rajinikanth has become occupied with the film shoot over the past couple of years. Within a year, he came up with three releases. His last film Petta brought the vintage Rajini back on to the screen and was a super success at the box office. Now, he is busy with the shoot of his upcoming film Darbar.

Star director AR Murugadoss is helming this high octane action entertainer. Rajini will be playing the role of a cop in the movie. Apparently, he will be seen as a ruthless encounter specialist. On the other hand, the trailer of Kolaiyuthuri Kaalam sounded impressive with Nayan playing a deaf and dumb girl stuck in a palatial castle somewhere in the UK where some unseen force is murdering people. While such stories are not new, seems like director Chakir Toleti of Billa 2 fame executed it quite well.
