In the name of Prapancha Telugu Mahasabhalu, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is trying to project that Telangana is the soul saviour and cause for Telugu language and Andhra has no stake in it" accused some people from Andhra Pradesh, going by the happenings in Hyderabad right now.
The five day World Telugu Summit will be inaugurated today in Hyderabad and the program's promotion saw a lot of boost up to Telangana-pride with officials bringing up many new names of poets and literary figures that are unheard till date. However, Andhraites are stunned with two things, hearing that that co-Telugu state Andhra Pradesh's CM Chandrababu is not invited to the event and also majorly the name and picture of legendary NT Rama Rao missing from the posters.
In a protest against NTR's name and picture not figuring out anywhere in the posters, display sets, cutouts and other printed material doing rounds in Hyderabad, today a fan of the actor got his head shaved at the Andhra-Telangana border on NH9. Even the fans of NTR and supporters of ruling Telugudesam party expressed their dissent in the way T-government organised this event.
We have to see if any official or big politician from Telangana actually reacts on the issue.
