After Priyanka Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra's comments on breaking ties with diamond merchant Nirav Modi, who are accused of fraud by the Punjab National Bank, Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh too has ad frauds two cents in the matter. The Bank Chor actor took a hilarious dig at the PNB-Nirav Modi scam and didn't even spare his won film while doing so.
Riteish took to his Twitter account and shared a poster of his last release Bank Chor, which had tanked at the box office. What made it unique was his witty one-liner which accompanied the poster as the caption.
He wrote, "I am the only ‘BANK-CHOR’ that failed." With this, Riteish has given the perfect example of how to kill two birds with one stone.
Bank Chor also had Vivek Oberoi in the role of a police officer. Those who're uninitiated, the film was reportedly first offered to comedian-turned-actor Kapil Sharma who couldn't do it and hence walked out of the project.
