Truth be told, Naga Chaitanya doesn't have a great market in the US. Especially after his last film Yuddham Sharanam bombed at the Box Office, Chaitu badly needs a hit to make a comeback. Even Chaitu's Rarandoyi Veduka Chuddam, which got hit talk in the domestic market, managed to do the 1.45 Crore share in the US. And Chaitu's other film Saahasame Swaasaga Saagipo too didn't work in the overseas.
Notwithstanding this poor track record of Chaitu, his ongoing film Savyasachi being directed by Premam director Chandoo Mondeti has fetched a fancy 3.25 Crore for its overseas rights. Given Chaitu's record, certainly, this is a shocking price.

This is certainly interesting. It needs to be seen whether Chaitu would pull it off in the overseas market or not.
