Hero's Son Wins A Medal For India
Tamil hero R Madhavan's 12-year-old son Vedaant won a bronze medal, his first international medal, for the country at the Thailand Age Group Swimming Championship 2018. Vedaant won the medal in the 1,500-meter freestyle event.
The happy father took to Instagram and posted a picture of his champion son proudly posing with his medal and the Certificate of Participation. "Proud moment for Sarita and I, as Vedaant wins his first medal for India in an international swim meet in Thailand today. Thank you for all your blessings," wrote Madhavan.
Maddy married his wife Sarita in 1999, even before he had made it big in the film industry. Vedaant was born in 2005. Madhavan will next be seen in a crucial role in Naga Chaitanya's upcoming thriller, Savyasachi.
