Sye Raa is undoubtedly one of the most eagerly awaited movies that will come out of Tollywood stable in 2019. Ram Charan is shelling out a whopping 200 crores to mount this prestigious biopic on the first Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy. Megastar Chiranjeevi is reprising Uyyalawada's role.
However, bringing down the excitement surrounding the project, the incessant rains in Hyderabad are playing spoilsport with Sye Raa. The makers erected a huge set for the next schedule, which was planned from July 23rd at Kokapet on Hyderabad outskirts. But due to the constant rains for the last few days, the set has been damaged beyond repair.
This forced Sye Raa's team to cancel the latest schedule. There has been no update about the commencement of the upcoming schedule. Sye Raa is scheduled for summer 2019 release. But so far, only 30% of the movie has been completed and these constant delays are only making the matters worse for Sye Raa. Needless to say that this has cast dark clouds over the film's release date.
