2.O No Match To Baahubali 2

Until the trailer launch, Trade Circles and Movie Buffs believed '2.O' can shatter the records set by 'Baahubali: The Conclusion'. This is due to the presence of crowd-pullers Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar. And the Shankar factor plays a huge role here!

Whereas, The hype around '2.O' dropped after the launch of Theatrical Trailer. Although this is the first Indian Film to be made on such high standards, Several Hollywood Sci-Fi Films had already arrived with much better graphics.

On the other hand, Films like 'Baahubali' which is based on the Kings and Kingdoms are very rare. Hindi version of this war-drama alone fetched Rs 500 crore, Nett.

As of now, Trade predicts '2.O' can collect around Rs 350-400 crore from Telugu, Tamil Version & Hindi Versions. That's more or less equal to the money spent on the project. Makers need to do something to build more buzz by the time of release.
