Hansika on Marriage & Less Offers

Hansika Motwani is a well-known name. Starting as a child artiste, she has grown up into a star heroine. She had sizzled opposite Allu Arjun in Desa Muduru and there's no looking back for her since then. She had done notable films in both Telugu and Tamil opposite star heroes. However, she is not seen much these days. With rumors of her impending wedding doing the rounds, Hansika clarifies on the rumors surrounding her.

As offers seem to have come down drastically and she's being seen in only a few films in Telugu or Tamil, Hansika tells a different story. She claims that it is her conscious decision to be choosy and she says she is only committing to the stories that she likes. Hansika says that she had heard 18 stories in the last one year and she said she has agreed to do only 4 stories.

Hansika also dropped a bomb. She said she had done glamour roles earlier. She said now she wants to do roles with substance and if possible some female-oriented films.

As she is nearing 30, is a marriage on the anvil? Hansika said she is 27 and she hasn't hidden her age. She said she has left the decision about her marriage to her mother. She said her mother takes care of everything related to her and said she would blindly marry anyone whom her mother finalizes.

It can be noted that earlier Hansika had broken up with Simbhu and it was a heart-breaking break-up for Hansika then. During then, she had tried to take a break from Tamil cinema and wanted to be active in Telugu, but the wrong choice of films in Telugu have killed her prospects. Now that Hansika says no to glamour, one has to wait and see, what is in store for her.
