Amitabh Bachchan's emotional speech at Kanyadaan ceremony

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani got married to Anand Piramal following traditional Hindu rituals on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. The wedding ceremony took place the plush Ambani residence, Antilla, which was decked up like a bride itself, to host the grand wedding festivities.

While Isha and Anand's nuptials were graced by a number of dignitaries from various fields like business, politics and of course Bollywood, it was Amitabh Bachchan's emotional speech at Isha Ambani's Kanyadaan ceremony that left the guests and family members teary-eyed.

These included glimpses of Kanyaadan, the 7 pheras, Anand applying vermillion on Isha's head and the newly-weds taking Mukesh and Nita Ambani's blessings among others. As per reports, after a star-studded wedding ceremony, the Ambanis and the Piramals will be hosting two receptions for the newly-wed couple in Mumbai. One is to be held on December 14, which will be attended by their close family and friends. The other is to be held on December 15 where Isha and Anand will be meeting their business associates and other guests. Stay tuned to this space for more updates.
