Movie News: Prabhas20 has "Manam" Connection

Baahubali star Prabhas is working simultaneously on two projects. 'Saaho' has wrapped more than half of the shoot and director of the film Sujeeth is busy with VFX works. The next film of Prabhas is under the direction of Radha Krishna of 'Jil' fame.

This is a periodic love story and Prabhas would be seen as a multi-billionaire who has a habit of buying vintage luxury cars. This rich man falls in love with an ordinary and the incidents based on this romantic track forms the plot of the film.

Sounds like this storyline has resemblance with 'Manam.' But the thread of Nagarjuna and Shriya in that film lasts for a couple of minutes while in Prabhas20, the entire plot is likely to rely on this. This might be merely coincidence and Prabhas may not have accepted the film if the story did not impress him. So for sure, there is something more than the 'Manam' thread.

Initially, director Radha Krishna had penned a different story for Prabhas. But post 'Baahubali' the market of Prabhas grew to multiple folds and so the 'Jil' director came up with a completely different script.

Pooja Hegde plays the female lead in this movie.
