Politcal News: Is CBN A Prime Ministerial Candidate?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu declared UPA Government will implement Farm Loan Waiver across the country in 2019.

TDP promised Farm Loan Waiver during 2014 Polls. Farmers in AP alone could say how well the poll promise has been implemented. Many Farmers cried foul over their exclusion from the list of beneficiaries. Even the beneficiaries received money in 3 installments so far. Farm Loan Waiver offered by State Government is somewhat close to the interest Farmers have to pay for years-long delay. One Time Settlement could have been very useful for the Farmers.

As the General Elections will be happening within the next 4-5 months, Chandrababu Naidu has been using the Farm Loan Waiver for the sake of votes. He tries to convey that Non-BJP Government at the Centre will implement the farm loan waiver in all the states. How could Chandrababu make such a big poll promise on behalf of UPA? Is he a Prime Ministerial Candidate?
