Will Smith approves of Ranveer Singhs original hip-hop "Gully Boy"

The whole world is chanting 'Apna Time Aayega', since the time, the trailer for Gully Boy was out. The film finally hit the screens on February 14, 2019, much to the excitement of the fans. Gully Boy opened with positive reviews and minted Rs 19.40 crore on the first day. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles and is directed by Zoya Akhtar. From the past one month, we saw the lead actors, along with Zoya, promoting the film to the fullest and many Bollywood celebrities shared their excitement for the film as well.

Now, the movie is being appreciated by one more star and that too all the way from the US. Yes, Hollywood actor and rapper, Will Smith took to his Instagram story and gave a thumbs up to Gully Boy. In it, Smith said, "Yo, Ranveer congrats man... I am loving what you’re doing with Gully Boy. For me, old school hip hop here seeing hip hop all over the world like that." He also said, "I am loving it man congrats Go Get'em!"

Before releasing the film worldwide, Gully Boy was premiered at Berlin Film Festival in Germany. The prestigious event was attended by Ranveer, Alia and Zoya along with Ritesh Sidhwani, who co-produced the film. Gully Boy also stars Kalki Koechlin, debutant Siddhant Chaturvedi, Vijay Raaz in vital roles. The film is the first outing of Ranveer and Alia together in a film.
