Latest Update: Janhvi Kapoor Turns Kargil Girl

Janhvi Kapoor is trying to carve a niche for herself in the Film Industry. She was able to attain people's acceptance with 'Dhadak', particularly her performance in the climax sequence was heart-touching.

Post the release of 'Dhadak', Janhvi Kapoor signed couple of Hindi Projects. While one of them happens to be a multi-starrer 'Takht' bankrolled by her mentor Karan Johar, The other one is a content-driven film titled 'Kargil Girl'.

In 'Kargil Girl', Janhvi Kapoor essays the role of Indian Air Force Fighter Jet Pilot Gunjan Saxena who participated in the Kargil War 1999. Sharan Sharma helms this project. Pankaj Kapoor and Angad Bedi do crucial roles.

Entire Shoot of 'Kargil Girl' happens in Lucknow. Shoot began recently and the film is slated for release by the end of 2019.
