Political: AP govt To Announce New Districts In July

The Andhra Pradesh government is set to form new districts in the state. On the second day of Collector's conference, CM YS Jagan has raised this topic and also directed concerned officials to come up with proposals.

On July 15th, the government will announce the names of new districts and by September 15th, the government wants to complete the works of the division of districts. Only after wrapping the division process, the YSRCP government is likely to go for the Parishad and local body elections.

If the division progresses as per the plan, the local body elections are likely to be held in November.
