Actors Gossips: Rakul Charged a Fancy Amount For "Manmadhudu 2"

It is known that after the disaster of 'Spyder' movie, Rakul Preet hasn't scored any proper hit at the box office. She came up with Tamil dubbing movies 'Dev' and 'NGK' and both the films ended up as disasters at the box office.

The actress has been struggling with back to back disasters and the only opportunity she has is 'Manmadhudu 2' movie starring Nagarjuna Akkineni. Rahul Ravindran is helming this project and the movie is slated to hit the screens on August 9, 2019. Rakul has pinned all her hopes on this film. But it seems like the actress has not compromised in terms of remuneration. If the buzz is to be believed Rakul has charged a bomb for 'Manmadhudu 2' movie. Rakul has taken remuneration of Rs. 1.55 crores to romance Nagarjuna in the film.

However, Rakul's presence in the film helped in increasing the Bollywood market for the film. We have to wait and see if Rakul can score a hit with this film or not.
