Latest Movie News: 'The Lion King": Shah Rukh Khan introduces "Mera Simba" Aryan Khan and he sounds exactly like his dad!

Shah Rukh Khan took to his social media pages and finally unveiled the much-awaited teaser of 'The Lion King' featuring his son Aryan Khan's voice.


After Shah Rukh Khan unveiled the teaser for the Hindi version of the live-in-action film The Lion King, it instantly gave goosebumps to many. The superstar has voiced for the character Mufasa and the way he starts with 'Simba main hamesha tumhare saath hoon aur hamesh tumhare saath rahoongi.', is totally unforgettable. But the ultimate 'Lion King' is Simba and voice for it is given by SRK's son Aryan Khan.

Fans have been waiting to hear Aryan's voice before as it's unheard of from the past few years. Well, now the wait is over! Shah Rukh took to his social media pages and shared the teaser which has only Aryan's voice. Well, we have to agree on one fact that he does sound like his dad and his voiceover is definitely worth the wait. Aryan starts with 'Main Hoon Simba, Mufasa Ka Beta' and one can only imagine him with Shah Rukh. SRK posted the teaser stating, "Mera Simba.. #TheLionKing @disneyfilmindia"

SRK had announced this amazing collaboration with son Aryan in The Lion King by writing, "Glad to be a part of this journey... a timeless film. Voicing it in Hindi with my own Simba. The last time we did a film was around 15 years ago and it was ‘Incredible’ and this time around its even more fun. Hope everyone enjoys it 19th July onwards. #TheLionKing"

The film is directed by Jon Favreau and is slated to release on July 19, 2019.
