Director Shankar is currently filming 'Indian 2' which stars none other than Kamal Haasan. Even before the release of this biggie, There is so much talk about Shankar's next flick which is going to be massive in scale.
If the reports in circulation are true, Shankar wishes to make a sci-fi action thriller in 3D after 'Indian 2'. Hrithik Roshan was the first choice for the lead role but it mayn't happen as the Bollywood Star have multiple projects in the pipeline. Shankar is now holding talks with Shahrukh Khan for the same character. Even Jackie Chan, Tamil star Vijay and Chinese Actress Li Bingbing were approached for key roles.
Shankar's Sci-Fi Flick is an underwater adventure based on a gigantic Octopus-like creature possessing superpowers. A Treasure Hunter, Underwater Diver, and a Lighthouse Keeper goes in search of it in the Ocean. Underwater Motion Capture Technology will be used for this flick. Let's only wish these reports come true so that everyone gets to see a visual spectacle.
