Radhika Apte, who has been staying in England for the last four months, on Monday shared an image from the outside.

Actor Radhika Apte has been in England since March. On Monday, she gave her fans a glimpse of her life thereby posting an image. Radhika is married to Benedict Taylor, a British artist.

Sharing the image, she wrote: “A long cycle ride then sweater and fish!” the image showed her seated on the bottom, with fish being cooked ahead of her. Among the people that reacted to the image was actor Kalki Koechlin who wrote within the comments section, “I wish i used to be on the opposite side of that camera.” With Radhika all covered up in a sweater and a woolen cap, some fans were keen to understand which a part of England she was in because it is that the summer season there. One Instagram user wrote: “Which a part of Britain are you in where you continue to need the nice and cozy clothes ?” Another user had a bit of recommendation for her, and wrote: “Avoid eating sea-food! Corona season. Stay safe.”

Speaking about her stay in England, Radhika had told Times of India in an interview about how people had begun recognizing her there too. She said: “Due to the lockdown, people are watching web shows. I feel that’s how people in London started recognizing me. I often have people waiting outside to urge a glimpse of me. Otherwise, i might haven't got this type of attention here.” She also added how this was the longest she had stayed in London after completing her studies.

She had, however, added she gets uncomfortable when people attempt to get too friendly together with her. She had continued, “I don’t mind it when people walk up to me and tell me that they like my work; I appreciate that. However, when someone screams your name within the middle of the road and tries to be too friendly with you, or distracts you once you are out jogging, is once I get bothered. Once, I used to be on a flight when someone came up to me and asked for an image, but I refused. I used to be really tired and went off to sleep. once I awakened, I used to be surprised to ascertain that person’s phone pointed at me. I used to be shocked.”

Radhika has worked in quite a few web series within the last few years including Sacred Games and Ghoul. she is going to soon be seen in another OTT film, Raat Akeli Hai.
