Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has revealed why she hasn’t been bothered by nepotism, and why she feels favoritism is that the bigger problem.

Calling the movie industry ‘the most beautiful fraud within the world’, actor Jacqueline Fernandez has said that she hasn’t really been bothered by nepotism is because she remains getting work.

She told India Today, “I realized something about the industry that it's the foremost beautiful fraud within the world. I even have been here for ten years and that I have come here out of thin air. What we do isn't real. As actors, whatever we do is usually a show. And it's a skill to be ready to do this. One thing that I learned is to be the simplest talent you'll be, be the foremost hard workman, but at an equivalent time, the industry requires you to even be a people’s person. It’s vital to be a people’s person during this industry.”

The actor continued, “Fortunately or unfortunately, it's about how you communicate and the way well you get alongside people. Making a movie isn't about one person, many people are involved. It’s teamwork. you would like to be ready to work with these people. My thing is to find out communication as a skill.”

The actor, whose last two films were the critically reviled Drive and Mrs serial murderer, said, “The reason why nepotism didn’t bother me because I used to be still getting work. could also be not the type of labor that I wanted to try to, but the work I needed. I used to be still getting my justifiable share of labor. I didn’t see it affecting me considerably .”

Jacqueline said that she isn’t against nepotism, per se, but has problems with favoritism. She said that there’s a ‘glitch’ within the casting system in India, which doesn’t happen abroad. “They have a very tough casting board. Everybody must undergo auditions, they have to prove themselves,” she said. “In Bollywood, I don’t know if there’s a rigid casting system. it's going to be there for secondary actors. But when someone wants to form a movie with their people, I don’t think we will do anything about it.”
