Talking about Khaali Peeli, the film is directed by debutant Maqbool Khan and produced by Himanshu Kishan Mehra, Ali Abbas Zafar, and Zee Studios. The movie also stars Jaideep Ahlawat during a pivotal role and it marks the first outing of Ishaan and Ananya together. Ali is additionally making his debut as a producer with the film.

The film is slated for a digital release and can be streamed on Zee Plex from October 2, 2020.
