Actors Gossips: Rhea Chakraborty names Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan during NCB probe in drug case

Rhea Chakraborty named five people in the drug case, two of whom happened to be Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan

During her NCB probe in Sushant Singh Rajput drug angle, Rhea Chakraborty named actresses Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh too. She also informed that designer Simone Khambatta, Sushant's friend, and former manager Rohini Iyer, and therefore the actor's 'Dil Bechara' director Mukesh Chhabra also consumed the narcotics substances.

Rhea has revealed as many as 15 names who consume drugs while being interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau. it's been learned that all of them belong to the B-category of actors. they're now on NCB radar.

Sources inform that Rhea Chakraborty told NCB that 80 percent of Bollywood stars are on drugs. Reports also stated that the NCB will summon 25 prominent Bollywood stars soon. Rhea had already reportedly accepted her role in procuring drugs for Sushant and handling the finances.

The drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case came to light after a leaked WhatsApp chat hinted that Rhea Chakraborty, among others, dealt in drugs. After conducting their investigation, NCB arrested Rhea's brother Showik, followed by her arrest. Sushant's house manager Dipesh Sawant and a couple of other drug peddlers were also taken in custody.

A Mumbai special court rejected Rhea, Showik, and 4 other bail applications on Friday.

Sushant was found dead in his house on Flag Day, 2020 under mysterious circumstances. Mumbai Police had declared that the actor died by suicide, but on Supreme Court's order, the CBI took over the case. The NCB is investigating the drug angle within the case, while ED is looking into the financial aspect of it.
