During the coronavirus-induced lockdown, most of the celebrities are taking to social media to offer superb fitspiration goals. Star heroine Keerthy Suresh, who often posts pictures and videos of her yoga sessions, took to Instagram on Friday to point out her love for Surya Namaskar.

The Mahanati actress posted a video during which she enlightened the importance of Surya Namaskar and said it can boost your immunity and increases blood circulation.

"Nothing like starting the day with 150 Surya Namaskar. Aiming for 200 next! Can't express how buoyant and refreshing it's. To those that aren't aware, it enlightens all of your chakras, boosts your immunity, and increases blood circulation.
