Actors Gossips: Don't believe in starving myself or doing crash diets, I eat everything: Mrunal Thakur
Mrunal believes that as an actor she should be prepared for each role no
matter how emotionally or physically taxing it'd be.
Actor Mrunal Thakur has said that after working with actors like John Abraham
in Batla House, Hrithik Roshan in Super 30, Shahid Kapoor in Jersey, and
Farhan Akhtar in Toofan, she has realized how important holistic fitness is,
additionally to requirements for a personality in movies.
Elaborating on an equivalent, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Mrunal
said, "Being paired opposite these co-stars, who unconsciously taught me such
a lot, I realized staying fit and being healthy may be a virtue that's
required on behalf of me within the future ."
She further added, "I took up fitness very seriously after my first few films.
I knew I would like to be ready to do any part that involves me and for that,
to be physically ready to prep for it, I might be ready as long as fitness may
be a continual process. Fitness may be a lifestyle choice and that I have made
it gradually. I don’t believe in starving myself or doing crash diets. I eat
everything."
"I swear by yoga and MMA. I workout a day no matter how busy I'm. Through the
lockdown, I even have been through quite a few dull days but I invested
emotionally in becoming fitter. I feel tons more active now and charged up to
figure than ever before," she added.
Asked if she noticed anything common between all the various co-stars that she
worked with, Mrunal said that every actor is effortlessly and confidently
ready to combat parts that need one to physically push boundaries because
they're certain they're going to be ready to pull it off.
