Taapsee Pannu shared a video from the Judgment Day of 'athletic training' for her upcoming movie 'Rashmi Rocket'

Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu had been undergoing intense training for her upcoming movie 'Rashmi Rocket'. She has now shared an intense workout video from her Judgment Day of her training, which also shows her drastic transformation.

In the video, Taapsee was heard saying, "It was painful. The third day of the shoot...I think my body couldn't take it anymore. I just couldn't run anymore. I had to prevent the draw a bead for a short time, just be ready to walk. For this film, I needed to hit the gym and hit the gym real bad."

Sharing the video, she wrote, "As I finish the last training today for #RashmiRocket, here's the journey i used to be waiting to share with you all...Or rather a glimpse of it. If it causes you to curious then the transformation was worthwhile ."

In the video, Taapsee might be seen understanding within the gym and running on the tracks. The actress had previously shared a picture from what appears to be the sets of the film, during which she was seen running on the tracks with toned thigh and leg muscles.

She had been sharing photos from her workout, before sharing the video. Directed by Akarsh Khurana and co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Neha Anand, and Pranjal Khandhdiya, the movie is slated to release next year. the manufacturers haven't yet come up with a release date for the film.
