Actors Gossip: Celebs must avoid talking too much about Privileges
Celebrities are frequently counseled to maintain utmost restraint while
talking on sensitive topics like spiritual activities and sacred ceremonies.
It appears that younger Telugu actress Shivani was taught this lesson the
tough way.
These days, the actress spoke in an interview and said she had a 15-minute
Darshan at the Holy Tirumala Temple. She talked about how nobody touched her
for 15 mins, even amidst the queue, and some even shouted “Katyayani”
(reference to her person in Little Hearts).
This statement from the young actress Drew was posted on social media. People
started questioning the integrity of TTD for permitting even small-time
personalities for 15 mins within the temple while lakhs of devotees barely get
a few seconds.
Shortly after this controversy blew up, Shivani clarified in this matter as
she said she took a unique entry, Darshan, by paying ok cash. She introduced
that the 15-minute darshan that she was referring to includes the time in the
queue line as well, and it isn’t just that she got to witness the almighty
idol to see you later.
The actress had to orchestrate a cover-up task for the controversy that broke
out after her earlier podcast video went viral. This is the reason why actors
are advised not to talk too much about their privileges, as it could very well
backfire as soon as it is revealed in public media. This can show as a
treasured lesson to different actors.
