Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is currently spending quality time together with her family in Chennai, on Wednesday took to her verified Instagram handle to share adorable throwback pictures wishing dad Boney Kapoor on his birthday. The filmmaker-producer Boney Kapoor is celebrating his 65th birthday today.

In a set of three photos from her childhood, little Janhvi is often seen cutting a cake with dad Boney in one among the photos, resting on her dad's chest in another and within the last photo, she is seen together with her parents having some fun with them. 

"Happy Birthday to the simplest. I love u," Janhvi captioned the post.

Days ago, on November 8, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi's youngest daughter Khushi Kapoor celebrated her 20th birthday. The star kid rang in her big day with sister and actor Janhvi Kapoor. The 'Dhadak' actor had shared a couple of videos on her Instagram story during which she became a 'spot girl' for her sister.

In the videos, Janhvi is seen during a blue and black zipper jacket with a pair of black track pants. She completed her look with a pearl-studded headband, pink flip-flops, and a black mask. On the opposite hand, Khushi looked pretty in a red asymmetrical gown with a frilled hem and bowed neckline. She tied her hair during a messy bun and completed her look with red stilettos and hoop earrings.

On the work front, Janvhi has last seen in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl and her next project reportedly is 'Takht'. Directed by Karan Johar, the film also will star Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt.

Calling herself a "normal 19-year-old girl", Khushi said, "I don’t think I’m the person I would like to be yet but I feel I’m growing. It’s so rewarding to ascertain people show such a lot of appreciation towards me once I haven't even done anything to deserve it yet. I even have the facility to form somebody else happy, it just makes this all the more worthwhile ."

Khushi further added that she has been receiving end of criticism from a really young age, which led to her developing "self-esteem issues and insecurities". She added, "People still s**t on me. I’m quite shy and awkward. Sometimes, the hate gets to you, especially being so young. I just want people to understand I'm a true person. I didn’t skills to handle it, so my self-esteem issues and insecurities stem from that. As a toddler, it affected the way I saw my parents. I didn’t appear as if my mom and that I didn’t appear as if my sister, so sometimes, people would point that out and ridicule of me. I wasn’t the healthiest about it at some point and it affected the way I might eat and therefore the way I might dress."

However, Khushi said that over time she has learned to like herself, "You just need to learn to be okay with yourself and in your skin. I feel that thanks to affecting it's to mention f**k it and put yourself out there and do whatever you are feeling like doing. I desire people will appreciate you for it," she said.

Sridevi gave up the ghost on February 24, 2018, thanks to accidental drowning in Dubai. Meanwhile, just a couple of months then, Janhvi made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter.
