Singer Neha Kakkar and singer-actor Rohanpreet Singh on Friday morning posted a photograph on their respective social media handles showcasing the previous cradling a baby bump while Rohanpreet stood behind the much-loved singer holding her because the two posed for a cheerful picture. 

The two captioned the photo 'KhyaalRakhyaKar'.

The photograph went viral within minutes and broke the web as netizens concluded that it had been a pregnancy announcement by the couple. 

Many celebrities congratulated the newlyweds while fans and followers of the couple too took to the comments section to shower the duo with blessings and well-wishes. 

However, it seems it had been just a publicity stunt the 2 indulged into the market their upcoming song 'KhyaalRakhyaKar'.

On Saturday morning Neha and Rohanpreet in co-ordinated posts revealed the poster of the upcoming song and it happens to possess an equivalent image of the couple with Neha cradling her baby bump. 

This didn't go down too well with netizens who trolled and slammed the couple for using 'pregnancy' to publicize their upcoming song. 

"Cheap publicity ki bhi koi limit hoti hai sister ye phele he daal dete phele image," wrote a social media user. 

"How are you able to ridicule those things only for publicity... i used to be an enormous fan but if this was only for publicity of the song then shame!" wrote another.

"U guys are stupid to possess ur PR firm to convince u both to try to to this... fooling everyone about be pregnant only to launch a stupid song... seriously get a life and a replacement PR team... ur gonna lose the trust of ur followers," commented yet one more Instagram user. 

Right before their wedding, the couple had released the music video 'NehuDaVyah' and now, the 2 are gearing up for the discharge of 'KhyaalRakyaKar' ready to release on December 22.

Neha and Rohanpreet tied the knot on United Nations Day in an Anand Karaj ceremony which was followed by a Hindu night wedding an equivalent day.

Earlier while talking about how lockdown helped in her romance with Rohanpreet, Neha had told Pinkvilla, "One day during the lockdown, i used to be sitting idle, and that I thought let me attempt to make a song. My brother and sister have already got this talent, and that I managed to form 'Nehu Da Vyah'. The lyrics are such I wanted something like this to materialize on behalf of me. I wrote it very optimistically, and that I didn't know this is able to really happen. The boy within the video would be my husband."

While Singh said, "We literally met for the primary time on the set of the song we did together - Nehu Ka Vyah and that I didn't even realize what she wrote for that song would come true at some point. It literally changed my life for the simplest ."

Earlier, Neha had changed her name on Instagram to flaunt her legal status. Neha added Mrs. Singh in brackets beside her name on her verified Instagram account. The singer's name on her verified Instagram account now reads "Neha Kakkar (Mrs. Singh)".

Neha tied the knot with singer Rohanpreet Singh on Saturday as per the Sikh wedding Anand Karaj. She has shared her wedding photographs on social media alongside pictures clicked at her haldi and Mehendi ceremonies.

On her day, Neha wore a pale pink Sabyasachi lehenga, which led netizens to match her bridal look thereupon of Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma who flaunted an identical outfit and jewelry on her big day.
