Two days before its release, the makers of Simmba have released a surprise with ‘Mera Wala Dance’ featuring Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan and the original Singham aka Ajay Devgn.

Ranveer seems to have taken the task of entertaining his audience tad too seriously, which is why he is doing the same even in his recently released song ‘Mera Wala Dance’ from Rohit Shetty’s Simmba.

This song presents itself with the best introduction possible – it brings Singham Ajay Devgn and Simmba Ranveer Singh sharing the same frame for a fair amount of time, which raises the expectations of the song to another level!

Ranveer then slowly yet steadily gives us just what we expected out of him – full on entertainment, especially in the bit when he does the Singham step.

To end the song, Sara makes her entry and it gets impossible to move your eyes elsewhere, especially when Ranveer-Sara co-ordinates steps in this song which has ‘superhit’ written on it.

With fun lyrics like ‘mere ishaare pe jo tak dhina dhin naache toh Twitter pe trend ho gaya’ and dhamaakedaar action, Ranveer is literally killing it in the song where he’s also introducing hook steps one after another.

All in all, the song is sure to become a favorite among kids just like ‘Aata Maajhi Satakli’ did and it has the potential to be on your playlist to groove on during New Years.

‘Simmba’ is produced by Karan Johar and also stars Sonu Sood and Siddharth Jadhav in pivotal roles.

Bollywood's newest member Sara Ali Khan, who is currently riding high on the success of her debut film Kedarnath, is already grabbing eyeballs as she promotes her next. Sara Ali Khan, who has been garnering rave reviews for her remarkable performance in her first outing has also impressed the fashion police time and again with her stunning fashion choices.

The young actress who donned varied ethnic attires for the promotional events of her first film has been sporting a chic avatar as she promotes Simmba in which she stars opposite Ranveer Singh. Styled by Tanya Ghavri for her recent outing, Sara Ali Khan wore a boat-necked little black dress with silver sequence over it. The actress paired the look with Philip Plein's peep shoe heels and Misho Designs' silver earrings.  Sara can be seen spelling black magic as she struts in style.

 In a very short span of time, Sara Ali Khan has gained an incredible fanbase among the youngsters after her debut performance in Kedarnath received an exceptional response. Now, Sara Ali Khan is all set for her second release of the year with Simmba. After Kedarnath, there is tremendous excitement to witness the young actress in an all new avatar. The anticipation has just doubled up after the recently released song Aankh Maarey from the film.

With her brilliant performance in her debut film Kedarnath, Sara Ali Khan is being lauded by critics and audience alike.

Not only are Sara's fans and followers mesmerized by her acting chops, but even her father Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan is floored by the young actress' role, who is already gearing up for her next.

In the middle of all this, a Mid-Day report has stated that Kareena is planning on throwing a party for Sara's superb debut performance.

"Kareena is planning to host a get-together next week. She was impressed with Sara's powerful performance in Kedarnath. With an impending entertainer in Simmba, Kareena thinks Sara has been judicious with her choice of movies and has the potential to make it big in the industry," a source told the daily.

"Kareena Kapoor Khan will invite her and Saif's close friends to the party. She will personally be overseeing the arrangements for the bash," the source added.

Sara Ali Khan and Saif Ali Khan were recently seen sharing a couch on the celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan season 6.

The father-daughter duo talked about their equation with Kareena and Amrita Singh on the show.

During the course of their conversation, Sara revealed how her mother had dressed her up for Saif and Kareena's wedding and how Saif had a hand-written letter sent to Amrita just before he was going to get married to Kareena.

While Kedarnath is a love story between a Hindu girl and a Muslim boy (Sushant Singh Rajput), set against the backdrop of the 2013 Uttarakhand floods, Sara's next  Simmba is directed by Rohit Shetty.


The film which also stars Ranveer Singh as a cop, and will hit theatres on December 28.

Sara Ali Khan – the stunning star kid has been ticking off all the right boxes with her promotional style. Choosing a promotional vibe that resonates with neo-ethnic sensibilities, Sara threw us a curveball with the Simmba trailer launch yesterday.


Styled by Tanya Ghavri and Namrata Deepak, Sara flaunted her svelte frame in stunning separates.


A black cropped top teamed well with the high-waist hologram sequin trousers from Topshop x Halpern Studio.


The dramatic flared cut trousers, originally priced at £95 are now available at £55.

Metallic pointy toes and sans accessories, Sara rounded out the look with a subtle makeup and textured wavy hair left open.


Simmba, an action film directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Karan Johar‘s Dharma Productions features Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Sonu Sood in its lead roles while Ajay Devgn reprises his role of DCP Bajirao Singham from the previous films.

The film is a Hindi-language adaptation of the 2015 Telugu-language film Temper and a spin-off of Singham.
