In a barbaric incident, a 12-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly raped by her neighbor in outer Delhi's Rohini. What neighbor heinous is that the accused also shot a video of the act and circulated it.
The accused took the girl along with him to his house where he called the two others for shooting the video. They threatened the girl with dire consequences if she reported the matter.
However, the issue came into light when the circulated video has reached the victim's mother.
On Saturday, her mother received the video of the alleged act and informed the police. The police have swung into action and arrested the man who raped her. Two others who shot the video have also been detained by Delhi police.
It is learnt that the video was also circulated to others.
