Will Expose Major Scam of BJP, TDP Drops Bomb

Dropping a major bomb, Andhra Pradesh Planning Commission Vice Chairman C Kutumba Rao has stated that a major scam of BJP would be broke very soon. He said that the details of the entire scam would be revealed along with solid proofs and asked media to wait and watch. Giving a hint about the scam, he alleged that Modi government has done a major favour to a top businessman who is very close to Modi. He said the full details would astonish people and would create storm at the Centre. He said a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) would be filed against the Centre over the issue. Kutumba Rao stressed, "Don't forget, our revelation will create a massive storm at the Centre."

Kutumba Rao has challenged BJP's spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao to come for a debate on the UCs (Utility Certificates) and asked him to come up with the facts on the funds allocation of the Centre to AP. Kutumba Rao even come up with a reasonable demand. He said let's debate it officially by appointing four senior officials from the state government and four senior officials from the Central Government. Accusing GVL Narasimha Rao of doing false propaganda, he mocked GVL by stating that he deserves Nobel Prize in doing Goebbels propaganda.

He noted that GVL has turned silent after he challenged him to come up for a debate on the Centre's funds to the state.

Kutumba Rao accused Modi government of allocating the chunk of its funds to DMIC (Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor) where Dholera Smart Investment Region (SIR) is present. Kutumba Rao said the Centre had allocated Rs 495 Crores to DMIC in 2016 whereas it allocated a meagre Rs 4.5 Crore to other Industrial Corridors in the country. He further said that while the whole country has 25 Proposed Development Nodes, 5 Nodes are present in Gujarat. He alleged that the Dholera alone got the huge amount of funds from the Centre out of the 5 Development Nodes in Gujarat.

Expressing his sad and anguish, Kutumba Rao said the Centre has not given permissions to Krishnapatnam Node in Andhra Pradesh proving its step-motherly treatment. Demanding for a debate, Kutumba Rao said he is ready to tender open apology if he fails to prove his allegations on the funds' diversion and the UCs over the Centre.
