Karan Johar Wants Akhil?

There have been several rumors, reports about Akhil's Bollywood debut. Nonetheless, Nagarjuna Akkineni has cleared the air. Nagarjuna said ace producer Karan Johar wants to introduce Akhil in Hindi cinema.

Nag said, "Karan Johar wants to introduce Akhil in Hindi cinema. He has asked me twice but I told him that Akhil is very young. He needs some more time." Nag added that Akhil already had learned a lesson - referring to his debut film Akhil which was said to be done in a hurry. Nag said that's when the opinion of elders like him should be considered. However, Nag doesn't rule out Akhil's Hindi debut in Karan Johar's banner and hinted that it may take some more time.

September is Lucky For Akkineni

Nagarjuna said September, the month in which Akkineni Nageswara Rao was born, is lucky for the family. He said Naga Chaitanya already scored a hit with Shailaja Reddy Alludu. Nag said the film has shown its Box Office stamina despite bagging mixed reviews. Nag said Samantha's film U-Turn also done well along with rave reviews. Nag said the teaser of Mr. Majnu too got the good response too.

"Dad is blessing us from there (heaven). He is ensuring that all our films, events are happening well in his month," said Nag. He added that Devadas will recreate the magic.

Love For Nani's Films

Talking about Nani's films, Nag said he watched many of Nani's films and said he is in love with them. Nag said it's good to act with Nani for a multi-starrer. He said he always feels better when he acts with youngsters. He also said he is young and thinks similar to Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. The only time he feels elder is when he advises Chaitu and Akhil.
