Revanth Reddy Resigns As MLA

Revanth Reddy resigned as the Kodangal MLA on Thursday. He submitted the resignation in Speaker's format to Assembly Secretary.

There is a strong buzz about the possibility of Telangana CM KCR dissolving Assembly Today. Even before TRS could do so, Revanth Reddy surprised everyone by tendering his resignation.

Actually, Revanth Reddy contemplated on submitting his resignation when he joined Congress. He, however, called off it taking the advice of Congress Leadership.  

On the other hand, Telangana BJP Leaders sought the appointment of Governor ESL Narasimhan. They demanded President's Rule in Telangana if KCR dissolves the Assembly. Telangana BJP would plan its next moves upon going through the copy submitted by CM to dissolve the Assembly.
