Movie Update: Rakul Bagged Manmadhudu 2

The big news is that Rakul Preet Singh has bagged the female lead in Akkineni Nagarjuna's  'Manmadhudu 2.'

And it will be actor Rahul Ravindran who will be directing the movie. As per the latest updates, Rahul has penned Rakul's role very interestingly. She will appear in a brand new avatar as a free-spirited young and street smart woman.

This is an author-backed role and has immense scope for performance. So Rakul is up for it. Meanwhile, we hear the 'Manmadhudu 2' is all set to roll from later this month.
