After some initial hiccups, finally, Raviteja's Disco Raja went ahead to shooting under the direction of VI Anand. And then, Mass Raja is expecting to come up with another film as well.

Finally, after a lot of discussions, it looks like the remake of Tamil film Theri is going on floors. To be directed by Santosh Srinivas of Kandireega fame, the film's Telugu version will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. We hear that the film will be rolled in a couple of weeks as everything is set.

With Kajal Agarwal and Catherine Tresa aboard as heroines, reprising the roles of Samantha and Amy Jackson, the film turns to be quite interesting. And another interesting update is that the film will have a Vijayawada backdrop and is likely to be titled 'Kanakadurga'. Seems like Raviteja is trying to repeat the sentiment of 'Krishna' which was also set in Vijayawada backdrop.

Whatever it may, Raviteja needs a huge break right now and these two films are going to be career deciders for him.
