New Movie Update: Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh to star in Indra Kumar upcoming comedy flick?

As per reports, Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh are ready to be seen in Indra Kumar's upcoming social comedy film.

Ajay Devgn is on a movie signing spree. Now after the success of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, the actor has kickstarted to draw a bead on his part in SS Rajamouli's RRR alongside Jr NTR and Ram Charan. Ajay also features a special appearance in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar within the titular role. The 50-year-old actor has been also shooting for Bhuj: The Pride of India and Maidan.

Now as per reports in Mid Day, Ajay has signed a social comedy film by Indra Kumar co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. Devgn had earlier collaborated with Kumar in 2019's hit Total Dhamaal. Talking about the comedy click, a source told the tabloid, "The filmmaker had narrated three scripts to Ajay. Since he has done a spate of great movies including biopics, actioners, and historical dramas, the actor was trying to find a light-hearted comedy. Ajay zeroed in on this script as he liked the larger point the story tried to form while eliciting laughs."

The source further said, "The film is along the lines of the Munna Bhai series because it revolves around two bumbling do-gooders with hearts of gold, who are bent reform society. it's been Indra Kumar's passion project; he had been scripting it for years. he's thrilled that the story will finally be translated on screen."

The film is probably going to travel on floors in May this year and Rakul Preet Singh has been roped in to play the feminine lead. Ajay and Sidharth are going to be working for the primary time together.
