Deepika Padukone urges following routine in times of coronavirus lockdown

Deepika Padukone has been following a group pattern in times of coronavirus lockdown, and therefore the actress urged her fans to try to to an equivalent . She said that developing a routine under lockdown is vital so as to avoid anxiety, which is caused by uncertainity.

"The most elementary thing [that people can do] is follow a routine. tons of hysteria develops thanks to uncertainty; not knowing what's to return within the future. it's important to specialise in the now, and a method to realize that's by setting 11, daily, and weekly targets. Let's not avoid formulating a routine simply because there is a curfew. Some people can deal with it. Admitting that she has changed her routine over the years too, Deepika stressed on the importance of staying active. "When i used to be young, and an athlete, I understood that I felt good [when I trained]. I always felt that correlation. Being physically active features a big role to play in my emotional well-being," adding that adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and hydration works best for her. The actress also cited her own example and stated that she usually eats anything she desires if she is functioning out, but would be more cautious when she is unable to workout.
