Actor Gossips: On World Prematurity Day, Celina Jaitly pens a heart-wrenching note about immense heartache after a baby death
Giving out some tips on how one can handle a preterm baby and confirm she/he
is feeding well, Celina wrote, "Remember many Kangaroo care, breast milk,
putting your faith in your doctors and love can work miracles."
On World Prematurity Day, actress Celina Jaitley, Wednesday took to her
verified Instagram handle to spread awareness about the subject of preterm
delivery and share her personal ordeal of losing baby boy Shamsher, Arthur's
twin to a congenital heart problem in 2017.
Celina, who married hotelier Peter Haag, welcomed her first set of twins --
Winston and Viraaj -- in 2012. She again gave birth to twin boys, Shamsher and
Arthur, in 2017 but the previous wasn't ready to survive.
So, on the occasion of World Prematurity Day, Celina thought of shedding some
light on the subject and pouring her heart call at an emotional and
heart-wrenching note.
She wrote, "World Prematurity Day was created on November 17, 2011, to boost
awareness for the many children per annum who are born prematurely. Premature
birth may be a very serious ill health, but there are hope and lightweight at the top of the tunnel too. While nothing can prepare parents for the way it
feels to possess a baby in neonatal care, it is often enormous support to understand other families are where they're now. To the oldsters currently
within the NICU, @haag.peter which I can assure you that things do recover and
that the longer term is so exciting."

Venting out her pain of seeing Arthur within the NICU and losing Shamsher,
Celina further added, "We went through immense heartache with one baby in NICU
and funeral arrangements for his twin whom we lost to a congenital heart problem, but we survived on hope and the amazing care of NICU nurses and NICU
doctors in Dubai who worked tirelessly with us to form sure @arthurjhaag comes
back home with us. While many preterm babies still carry an enormous
vulnerability to develop medical challenges or life-threatening circumstances,
many do get older to become completely healthy individuals, with some even
becoming notable public figures like Churchill and Einstein and in fact our
own Arthur Jaitly Haag. Keep your love and blessings coming for Artu and don’t
forget to read abreast of how you'll prevent/support premature babies."
Currently based out of Austria, a former Miss India, Celina made her acting
debut with the 2003 thriller 'Janasheen'. However, she hasn't done any movies
lately and nor has declared any upcoming projects.
