Latest Update: Rakul Preet Singh joins Ajay Devgn's directorial '"Mayday" with Amitabh Bachchan
Rakul Preet Singh is going to be sharing screen space with Amitabh Bachchan
for the very first time in 'Mayday'
Earlier in November, Ajay Devgn announced his upcoming directorial titled
Mayday. within the film, the actor is going to be directing Amitabh Bachchan
for the primary time who has been roped in to play the lead role. Now, the
manufacturers have announced a replacement cast member and it's none aside
from Rakul Preet Singh. Yes, the actor is going to be reuniting together with
her De De Pyaar De co-star with Mayday. Interestingly, Ajay also will be
acting in the film.
Confirming an equivalent, Rakul said during a statement, "I have worked with
Ajay sir within the past and very thrilled to be working with him once more as
his co-pilot during a film where he's not just my co-star but director too.
once I decided to be an actor like all the opposite aspiring actors I had a
dream to figure with Mr. Bachchan and that I am so glad that with this film my
dream to share screen space with him will come true."
Mayday marks Bachchan and Ajay's reunion on the large screen after 13 long
years. The film is about to travel on floors in December this year and Rakul
are going to be joining the team for the shoot in Hyderabad.
Currently, Rakul has headed to the Maldives for a family holiday and was
clicked at the Mumbai airport by the paparazzi. The actor has been shooting
for an untitled romantic film opposite Arjun Kapoor in Mumbai. The film also
stars John Abraham and Aditi Rao Hydari in special appearances.
