Movie Update: "Coolie No 1" Trailer Talk: Milligrams of Story, Kilograms Of Glamour &Tons Of Overaction!
The first reaction after watching the trailer of Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali
Khan's 'Coolie No 1' is 'Over-the-top'. The trailer is crammed with rich
locations, loud comedy, Sara's irresistible glamour, and Varun's artificial
performance. The film directed by David Dhawan is releasing on 25th December
on Amazon Prime Video.
The maybe a remake of old Govinda's super hit film and David Dhawan decided to
remake it together with his son. Varun became already acted in remakes and
scored hits like 'Main Tera Hero', 'Judwaa 2' et al. . The story of 'Coolie No
1' is just too silly as a railway coolie falls crazy with an upscale girl
whose dad aims to marry her to a richer businessman. The confusion comedy
crammed with double meaning dialogues and slapstick humor could be liked by
some but not everyone.
The only grace aside from its richness is Sara Ali Khan's stunning glamour.
She looks absolutely gorgeous in trendy outfits and sizzles in skimpy
beachwear on multiple occasions during the course of the trailer. it's better
to not mention her acting skills. On the entire, 'Coolie No 1' which happens
to be David Dhawan's 45th film is just too loud, silly, and gets on your
nerves. it's an honest thing that the film is releasing within the OTT
platform.
