Sana Khan made her acting debut with the film ‘Yehi Hai High Society’ in 2005. She then appeared in TV ads and also made her Tamil debut with ‘Silambattam’ in 2008. Khan has featured in Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam films. She has also worked in several hit Hindi films like ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Jai Ho’ and ‘Tom, Dick, and Harry 2’.

Sana Khan rose to fame after her stint in ‘Bigg Boss 6’ where she was praised by the audience for being a bubbly and fun-loving girl. She subsequently appeared in other ‘Bigg Boss’ seasons as a guest. She has done other reality shows like ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7’ and ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 6’ among others.

In February 2019, Sana Khan confirmed her relationship with choreographer Melvin Louis, however, they parted ways in February 2020. In an interview with Times of India at that point, she said, “I broke up with Melvin because he was cheating on me. I had loved him with all my heart and was committed to him. What I came return has disturbed and shaken me. I even have developed anxiety issues and am handling depression ever since.”

 

In October 2020, Sana through an Instagram post announced that she is quitting the show business and would “serve humanity and follow the order of her Creator”. She also deleted all her old photos from the social media platform.

In November 2020, Sana Khan married Surat-based Islamic scholar Mufti Anas Sayed. She often shares photos and videos with him on her Instagram. The couple recently visited the Maldives for a vacation.

 

Sana Khan is currently an entrepreneur and is that the founding father of the skincare brand Face Spa by Sana Khan and is that the co-founder of Hayat Welfare Foundation. We wish her a really happy birthday!

For the uninformed, Sana had married Anas during a private ceremony on November 20, 2020. She had later announced the news of her wedding on Instagram and had written, "Loved one another for the sake of Allah. Married one another for the sake of Allah. On New Year's Day Eve, Sana had written a special note for Anas and had thanked him for giving the "perfect ending" to 2020.

It's been nearly a month since Sana Khan announced her wedding with Anas Saiyad. Now, the couple is in Kashmir where they're having their honeymoon. the marriage announcement of Sana came as a shocker to several as earlier this year she stated that she is quitting the showbiz once for all. Now, during a recent interaction, Khan opened about her wedding and also revealed that she met Anas back in 2017.

Sana told the days of India, "We first met in 2017 in Mecca. it had been a quick meeting on the day i used to be returning to India. Anas was introduced to me as an Islamic scholar. i might wish to clarify that he's an Alim and not a Mufti. I contacted him towards the top of 2018, as I had some questions on religion. Then, after quite a year, we reconnected in 2020. i used to be always inclined towards learning more about Islam."

Talking about her decision of marrying Anas, Sana went on to mention, "Getting married to Anas wasn’t an overnight decision. I even have prayed for years for a person like him in my life. What I liked best about him is that he's shareef and unn mein haya hai. he's not judgmental. He had said this to me, ‘Agar koi achhi cheez gutter mein gir gayi hai toh uske upar aap 10 baalti bhi paani daal do, woh saaf nahi hoti hai. Par aap usko gutter se baahar nikaal kar ek glass paani daal do, woh saaf ho jaati hai’. That had an enduring impact on me."

After announcing her decision to quit showbiz, actor Sana Khan has now purified her Instagram account, removing all shred of evidence that she was a neighborhood of the show business. 

There are currently 102 posts on her account, with the primary post going back to 2016. However, any picture tying her to the planet of showbiz and glamour has been removed. Her Instagram is filled with religious posts, besides a meme or two. Sana has 3.3 million followers on Instagram and was last seen on-screen within the Hotstar web series Special OPS. 

She is best known for having appeared in Bigg Boss 6 and Salman Khan’s Jai Ho. Taking to her verified Instagram handle on Friday, Sana Khan stated that she had resolved to mention goodbye to her showbiz lifestyle forever and serve humanity and follow the commandments of her creator.
