Wedding Bells! Shriya Saran gets hitched with Russian beau Andrei Koscheev in a private ceremony

It's been raining weddings for tinsel town celebs this year. Sometime back, we got to know that Purab Kohli got married in an intimate ceremony with longtime British girlfriend Lucy Payton and now, the latest celeb to join the bandwagon is popular South and Bollywood actress Shriya Saran. Shriya tied the knot to her Russian boyfriend Andrei Koscheev on March 12.

A report on MidDay suggests that the wedding was a hushed affair and it took place at Shriya's Lokhandwala back road residence in Andheri, Mumbai. The actress was last seen in the 2015 Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer Drishyam. Though the news of her getting married took us by surprise, speculations about her impending wedding were rife for quite some time.

The tabloid quoted a source close to the actor as saying, "It was a private affair with only family members and close friends present. The only celebrity guests present were Manoj Bajpayee and wife Shabana, who stay in the neighborhood."

The report added that the wedding ceremony was preceded by a pre-wedding bash on March 11. Shriya and Andrei exchanged their wedding vows in a traditional Hindu ceremony. Reportedly, Shriya chose to wear a pink outfit for the occasion.

Although, Shriya made sure that she and Andrei were never seen together in public, nor does their respective social media pages have any pictures of them together, rumors about her being in a relationship with Andrei were rife for a long time. Those who're caught unaware, Andrei is a national-level Tennis player and apparently, he's also the owner of a chain of restaurants in Moscow.

Back in January this year, rumors of their impending nuptials were doing the rounds. It was then reported that Shriya will tie the knot in Udaipur in a three-day ceremony but the reports were refuted by Shriya back then.

The tabloid further adds that post the secret wedding, the post-wedding celebrations are to continue in Udaipur on Saturday, March 17.
