Actress Finalised For Vijayamma Role In Yaatra

If megastar Mammootty is playing the role of late CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy in the film "Yaatra", definitely there will be huge hype around the actress who is likely to play YS Vijayamma's character. So, who is playing it?

Earlier there are rumours that the likes of Nayantara and Radhika Apte are approached to play that role, but director Mahi V Raghav denied that. Here comes an exclusive report that a popular dancer is finalised for the role. She's none other than finalized muganti who enthralled us with Baahubali 2 movie, especially in "Kanna Nidurinchara" song. 

Playing the role of Anushka's brother's wife in that flick, Ashrita just lived in the vadina character. A Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dancer, she is known for her various stage shows and director Rajamouli picked her after watching her performance at one such shows. Later Ashrita didn't sign any Telugu film as she went to the USA on a dance tour but it seems like she accepted to play the role of YS Vijayamma now. 

Earlier when quizzed about the roles that will interest her, Ashrita told that anything that is related to dance will be her primary choice of interest. But now she seems to have changed her opinion.
