Disha Patani's costumes in 'Bharat' inspired by Helen of 1960s

Post the super-success of Baaghi 2 starring Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani moved on to her next, Bharat, toplined by Salman Khan. Since the 25-year-old actress plays a trapeze artist in the movie that spans over five decades, we hear a lot of attention is being paid to her costumes.

Created by Alvira Agnihotri and Ashley Rebello, the svelte actress’ clothes and style have been inspired by veteran actress Helen. The styling team did extensive research for Disha’s costumes and even borrowed inspiration from the circus shows of the 1960s, like Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey and also Folie dancers from that era.

We hear, one of Disha’s outfits is embellished in stones, crystals and tube bead tassels. The lissome lass has been training hard for her part and has recently wrapped up the first schedule with Salman in Mumbai.
