Ram Charan's Villain Shocks Devadas' Makers

Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi is popular among Telugu movie lovers for his films like Ram Gopal Varma's Company and the Rakta Charitra franchise. Vivek is making his Tollywood comeback with the Ram Charan-Boyapati Srinu film.

For RC12, Vivek charged a cool Rs 1.25 crores as his remuneration. With such a high profile project in hand, it looks like Vivek understood the demand for his dates and hiked his fee by almost double the amount he's getting for RC12.

Apparently, the makers of Nagarjuna and Nani's multistarrer 'Devadas' were shocked when they approached Vivek for the villain's role in their movie. Vivek is said to have quoted Rs 2.5 crores as his pay. Stunned by Vivek's skyhigh demand, Devadas' makers said to have dropped the idea of casting him and are now looking for a suitable alternative.
