Written by Shankar and B Jeyamohan, 2.0 is a 3D science fiction action film and it is a spiritual successor to Enthiran (2010). The flick has been produced by Subaskaran Allirajah and Raju Mahalingam under the banner Lyca Productions. The movie has received a U/A certificate and its runtime is 2.26 hours.

After dismantling his robot Chitti, Dr. Vaseegaran goes to stay abroad. But he is forced to reassemble his robot following the threat posed by a deadly evil. How he fights the monster and save the world forms the crux of the story.

Performance:

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar have delivered electrifying performances, which are the highlights of 2.0. Amy Jackson has good scope acting and she has done a good job. Sudhanshu Pandey, Adil Hussain, Kalabhavan Shajohn and Riyaz Khan have done justice to their roles and they are also among the assets of the film.

Technical:

2.0 has brilliant production values, which are on par with Hollywood standards. Stunning VFX, amazing 3D effects, picturization, background score, action choreography are the attractions on the technical front, add the viewers.
