We often see Fans running onto the field to meet their favourite cricketers personally. Dhoni has decided to make his Fan run after him during one such attempt. This incident took place during the 2nd ODI against Australia in Nagpur.

A Man wearing a white shirt which had Thala and No.7 written at the back came running towards him. Initially, Dhoni hid behind Rohit Sharma and then kept running to make the youngster chase him. Finally, He stopped at the striker's end and gave him a warm hug. Immediately, Security Personnel has escorted the fan off the pitch.
India won the nail-biting 2nd ODI at Nagpur in the final over of the match. Vijay Shankar took two wickets in 3 balls of the last over when Australia required 11 runs in 6 balls. Virat Kohli scored his 40th ODI Century in this match. This is India's 500th ODI Victory.
