Current News: Jagans Decisions To Land KCR In Trouble?

Ever since YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has sworn in as Andhra Pradesh CM, he is making both swift and smart charges in the administration.  At the same time, he is planning to implement all poll he made to people of state. As part of it, Jagan in his first cabinet meeting showered AP people with many gifts including merger of APSRTC in government, hike in salaries to Anganwadi staff and homeguards, 27% Interim Relief to the govt employees, 2000 Cr input subsidy to farmers and scrapping of CPS policy. Also, new government has increased the pay of research persons and animators in MEPMA, SERP. In addition to it, the cabinet has issued notification for recruitment of village volunteers, Rs 15,000 for Amma Vodi and Rs 18,000 for sanitation cleaners.

With the above decisions taken up by YS Jagan, political analysts feel that Telangana CM KCR may land in trouble. Considering that Jagan has showered AP employees with many unexpected gifts, same section of employees in Telangana are now gearing up to pressurize KCR's government to hike their salaries too. Most importantly, the Telangana RTC is keen to demand government to consider merging their organisation.

On other hand, the employees in Telangana want KCR to look at scrapping of CPS as Jagan Mohan Reddy, in AP, has considered to abolish it. Not just the employee section, but the unemployed people are getting ready to fight for fresh jobs in state and some student organizations planning to hold a statewide protest in the following days. So, considering the developments in AP, it is clear indicative that any new implementation by Jagan may worry KCR in Telangana.

Currently, the equation between the two Telugu speaking Chief Ministers is quite healthy. KCR, who wanted Jagan to become AP CM, has been guiding him all the way and they both are keen to continue a friendly relation. KCR, who attended the swearing-in ceremony of Jagan in Amaravati, wished to see him as AP CM for next 3-4 terms. While everyone thought their bonding will help both the states, it now looks like they may not continue it in the long run as Jagan is taking up many employee-friendly schemes.
