Rs 450 Crore Expensive Gift For Isha-Anand

Isha Ambani Anand Piramal post-wedding 450 crore sea facing bungalow

Mukesh Ambani & Nita Ambani's Daughter Isha is all to marry Anand Piramal on December 12th this year. The Piramals are keen to offer a sea-facing five story bungalow as the gift for the soon-to-be-wed couple.

In 2012, Piramals bought the bungalow at Gulita from Hindustan Unilever for around Rs 450 crore. There used to be a training center in this premises until then. The luxury bungalow is spread over 50,000 sq ft. Triple-height multi-purpose rooms, Three-floor Basement, Open-air pool and Lounge areas are the specialty of this bungalow. The material used for the renovation has been mostly imported from Abroad.

Renovation works of the bungalow began in 2015. The whole process will be completed by December 1st, on the date a pooja ceremony was planned. Over 1,000 workers have been working in two shifts to meet the deadline.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) granted permission to the Piramals to occupy the bungalow on September 19th. Isha & Anand are expected to move into the sea-facing bungalow by the end of this year.
